Abstract

Background: End-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients on maintenance hemodialysis (HD) are more prone to sudden cardiac-related death. Objective: This work was conducted to screen ESRD patients on maintenance HD with no history of cardiac diseases for cardiovascular abnormalities using Motion-Mode (M-Mode) Transthoracic Echocardiography.
