Background and Objective: In order to investigate the significance of serum B type Natriuretic peptide 
levels in individuals who exhibit acute left heart failure while maintaining their ejection fraction 
Method: This study included 40 patients with a diagnosis of diastolic dysfunction who presented to 
emergency department. BNP values, a thorough 2D Echo, and standard blood samples were obtained.
