The present study was conducted on 50 cases of chronic sinusitis undergoing Functional
Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS). Each case was subjected to computerized tomographic scan
(Coronal section) paranasal sinus and standard three pass diagnostic nasal endoscopy and
different sinonasal anatomical variations observed were recorded and these sinonasal
anatomical variations were evaluated in order to determine their clinical significance.
