Abstract

Introduction: Oxidative stress seems to play an important role in the progression of atherosclerosis. 
Various researches have found Gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT) as a marker of oxidative stress and its 
relationship with coronary artery disease (CAD). There is lacunae in literature data exploring the changes 
of GGT levels in acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
