Abstract

Macrostomia is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by enlargement of mouth at oral commissure. It is also known as tessier cleft 7. There are various techniques described for achieving optimal function and aesthetic results. We describe inferiorly based vermillion 
square flap with z plasty on the skin for correction of macrostomia.
