Abstract 
Since facial beauty is a critical component of social interaction and identity, a deformed person experiences increased anxiety as he adjusts to his life, and it also contributes to the "Pathology of interaction uneasiness with these stigmated individuals." In many orthodontic cases, the operator's understanding of his patients' emotional health is the key to success or failure.
