Abstract

Abstract :-Incidence of postoperative renal dysfunction in patients undergoing cardiac surgery has been reported to be 13-43%.  Early prediction and vigilance can help the clinician take precautionary measures.  Laboratory predictors include C-Reactive Protein, Plasma and urinary Neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin, Preoperative serum albumin level, Neutrophil - Lymphocyte Ratio etc
