Abstract

Background: Acute myocardial infarction one of the common cause death and diseases disability through out the world. india, thromboysis remains the main mode of treatment as compared to PTCA. The prognosis of patients with poor response to failed 
thrombolysis or percutaneous coronary intervention is poor.
