Neurogenic stunned myocardium (NSM) is a transient cardiac dysfunction associated with acute central nervous system (CNS) injury, characterized by cardiac enzyme elevation ,electrocardiographic changes , and regional or global kinetic wall motion abnormalities in absence of significant coronary artery disease
