Postmenopausal bleeding (PMB) is a common clinical challenge and an important symptom requiring prompt evaluation to rule out malignancy. Transvaginal sonography (TVS) has emerged as a valuable, non-invasive diagnostic tool for assessing endometrial pathology. This prospective study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of TVS in detecting endometrial abnormalities in women presenting with PMB and to correlate the findings with histopathological results.
