Abstract: Background: Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common malignant skin tumor arising from pluripotent cells present in basal layer of the epidermis. Surgical excision is the mainstay treatment modality. The Mustardé flap is a popular choice for reconstructing of lower eyelid, as it meets the requirements of an ideal cutaneous flap. Method: This is a retrospective review of lower eyelid BCC, reconstructed with MUSTARDE FLAP following excision from 2014 to 2024 at our institute. Total of 17 patients males (7) and females(10) with age ranging from 50 to 82 years underwent MUSTARDE FLAP for reconstruction during the period were included in the present study.
