Abstract

ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION: Breast tissue is a modified sweat gland, exhibits a wide spectrum of pathological lesions. The most common clinical feature of breast disease is a palpable lump. Benign breast lesions like fibroadenoma are more prevalent. Breast lump must be examined and evaluated by a surgeon to rule out malignancy. Histopathological examination along with radiological findings and
clinical examination is important to diagnose the lesions and to determine the best treatment plan for the patient.
