 Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) is a growing health concern worldwide, often accompanied by metabolic and hematological alterations. Elevated liver enzymes, a common biomarker of liver dysfunction in NAFLD, may influence platelet counts, contributing to coagulopathies.
