To Estimate Left Atrial Volume Index in Patients with Ischemic Stroke Using 2d Echocardiography

Abstract

Aim: The aim of the present study was to estimate left atrial volume index in patients with 
ischemic stroke using 2D Echocardiography.
Methods: The Patients of ischemic stroke who were admitted to emergency or ward SGRD 
Hospital, Amritsar were enrolled in the study. Patients of acute ischemic stroke from 01st 
January 2023 to 31st March 2024 getting enrolled in emergency/ward of SGRDIMSAR 
Amritsar were selected. Informed consent was taken from patients for participation in the 
study.
