Background: Mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS) is a rare genetic disorder characterized by the 
accumulation of glycosaminoglycans in tissues, leading to multisystemic manifestations. 
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common comorbidity in children with MPS, necessitating 
interventions such as tonsillectomy to alleviate symptoms.
