The present study was undertaken to evaluate the efficiency of various extracts of Aloe vera Barbadensis
Miller root for anti-inflammatory activity by simple, reliable less toxic less time consuming, activity checked under
the HRBC membrane stabilization method. Since HRBC membrane is similar lysosomal membrane which influence
in the process of inflammation. Water ethanol, extracts of aloe vera root was subjected to check the stabilization of
HRBC membrane to predict the anti-inflammatory activity.
