Introduction:
Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) is a crucial diagnostic tool for evaluating thyroid
nodules. The Bethesda System for Reporting Thyroid Cytopathology (TBSRTC) standardizes
FNAC reporting, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and guiding clinical management. This study
retrospectively analyzes thyroid FNAC cases from a tertiary care hospital in Indore, classified
according to the Bethesda system, to determine the epidemiological distribution and diagnostic
outcomes.
