Abstract

Introduction:  Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory skin disorder characterized by systemic inflammation and oxidative stress. Among the key biomarkers, uric acid (UA) and nitric oxide (NO) have emerged as critical indicators for understanding disease
progression and metabolic dysregulation. Elevated UA levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, while NO plays a dual role in inflammation and vascular changes.
