Abstract

Introduction: An easy and cost effective means of diagnosing breast swellings is fine needle 
aspiration cytology (FNAC) . Cytological grading of breast carcinoma can help in prognostication of 
patients. Robinsons cytological grading is an easily reproducible grading system with set objective 
criteria. In this study we aimed to analyze the concordance between Robinsons cytological grading 
system and Modified Bloom Richardson grading system on histopathology in cases of carcinoma 
breast
