Abstract

Introduction
This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound parameters in assessing 
endometrial pathology and to determine the most sensitive cut-off value of endometrial thickness for the exclusion of endometrial lesions in premenopausal women with abnormal uterine 
bleeding (AUB).
