Abstract

Background and Aim: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder that affects both men and 
women with similar prevalence. The explanations surrounding obsessive-compulsive neurosis are rooted in 
psychological theories. The objective of this research was to examine the socio-demographic characteristics of 
patients diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and to explore the phenomenology associated with 
their obsessions and compulsions
