Abstract

Background: Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) is a rare but increasingly 
recognized cause of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), predominantly affecting young to middleaged women without traditional cardiovascular risk factors. This study aims to analyze the 
clinical characteristics, diagnostic approaches, management strategies, and outcomes in a cohort 
of 50 SCAD patients.
