Cardiac involvement in disseminated cysticercosis is an uncommon
occurrence. We present a case of a 32-year-old male who initially
presented with diffused headache and seizure disorder and was
subsequently diagnosed with disseminated cysticercosis affecting the
central nervous system, cardiac tissue, intraocular structures, and skeletal
muscles. We report an unusual case of disseminated cysticercosis with
extensive cardiac involvement treated with medical therapy.
