BACKGROUND: Wilms tumour, or nephroblastoma, is the most common type of kidney
cancer in children, primarily affecting those aged less than 15 years. We present the
histological analysis of Wilms tumour post chemotherapy according to SIOP (International
society of paediatric oncology) protocol.
