Abstract

Background: Ovarian masses constitute one of the most challenging diagnostic scenarios encountered in gynaecological practice in India. Ultrasound combined with colour Doppler imaging serves as the primary  noninvasive radiological tool, whilst serum CA-125 provides a valuable biochemical adjunct.
