Abstract

Background:Cerebrovascular accidents remain a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The Circle of Willis plays a crucial role in maintaining cerebral perfusion through collateral circulation. Anatomical variations in this arterial network may influence susceptibility to  stroke, particularly ischemic events.
