Abstract

Background: Abnormal liver function tests (LFTs) are frequently encountered in hospitalized patients and may indicate a broad range of hepatic and systemic conditions. Interpretation of these abnormalities is essential for appropriate diagnosis and management, particularly in resource-limited settings.
