ISOLATED NATIVE PULMONARY VALVE ENDOCARDITIS DUE TO ABIOTROPHIA DEFECTIVA IN A YOUNG WOMAN WITH SUB PULMONARY VENTRICULAR SEPTAL DEFECT

Abstract

A girl in her late adolescence, with known multiple sclerosis, restrictive sub pulmonary ventricular septal defect (VSD) with history of steroid usage and dental caries presented with  fever, loss of appetite and weight loss for 3 months and pleuritic chest pain for 2 weeks
