Abstract

The purpose of this research work was to improve a matrix-typetransdermal drug delivery system (TDDS) those containing atorvastatin calcium act as a hyperlipiemic drug which having different ratios of Ethyl cellulose (EC) and hydrophilic (HPMC).Tween 80 and plasticizer glycerine used by the solvent evaporation technique. The Transdermal patch system has been providing controlled continuous drug delivery via the skin into the systemic transmission.
