Transnasal endoscopic repair (TNER) of skull base defect is the standard of care for CSF rhinorrhoea with few exceptions. This study aims to describe the outcomes of TNER of 35 cases of CSF rhinorrhoea done at NRI general hospital over a period of 6 years
