INTRODUCTION: with the early increase in the rise of the frequency of the gall bladder disorder , there has 
been observed a rise in the usage of the use of the various scanning and diagnostics modalities yet resulting in 
many cases going undiagnosed with acute cholecystitis as one of the main cause of the
