Background: Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) in young adults presents unique clinical challenges and has distinct pathophysiological characteristics compared to older populations. Recent trends suggest an increase in the incidence of ACS among the younger demographic, necessitating a deeper understanding of its clinical presentations and associated angiographic profiles in relation to both established and emergent risk factors.
