Functional Outcome of Surgically Managed Calcaneal Fractures – A Follow-Up Study
DOI:

Calcaneal fractures are the most prevalent type of tarsal fractures, and the management of displaced
intra-articular fractures remains a debated topic. Historically, many calcaneal fractures were treated
conservatively with plaster casts. However, advances in surgical techniques have led some surgeons to
opt for surgical intervention. This study aims to assess the functional outcomes of surgically treated
calcaneal fractures.
