PREMEDICATION WITH TWO DIFFERENT DOSES OF PREGABALIN FOR POSTOPERATIVE ANALGESIA AFTER LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY

Abstract

Background & Methods: the aim of the study is to compare premedication with two different 
doses of pregabalin for postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. After 
approval written informed consent was taken from patients for participation in study.90 patients 
of both sexes aged 18 – 60 years ASA Grade 1 & 2 scheduled for elective laparoscopic 
cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups of 30 each 
(n=30).
