Abstract

Objective: To investigate the association of several obesity anthropometric indices, including body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC) and waist-hip ratio (WHR), with carotid intima media thickness (CIMT) in local Chinese populations; to examine the variation of CIMT with age in local Chinese populations.
