.Abstract
Myofunctional appliances are customarily used to treat Class II malocclusions in growing children to alter their growth. In this case, an 11-year-old male patient visited the orthodontics department with concerns about the protrusion of his upper front teeth. The condition was managed using a Twin Block myofunctional appliance, followed by fixed orthodontic treatment to refine the occlusion. This case report highlights the appliance design and treatment outcomes.
