.Abstract
Odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) is a rare but aggressive benign cyst that arises from the dental lamina and can involve the jawbones. Although it can present asymptomatically, it is often discovered due to symptoms such as swelling, pain, or an incidental finding on radiographs. This case report discusses the clinical presentation, diagnostic challenges, treatment, and follow-up of an odontogenic keratocyst in a 36-year-old male.
