.Abstract
A 41-year-old male presented to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery following a traumatic injury to the face, resulting from a motor vehicle accident. The patient complained of pain, swelling, and difficulty opening his mouth. Clinical examination and imaging revealed fractures of the right angle and left parasymphysis of the mandible. Surgical intervention was planned to restore proper occlusion and function.
