.Abstract
Oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) is a chronic, insidious condition characterized by progressive fibrosis of the oral mucosa, leading to restricted mouth opening and significant morbidity. Advanced cases often require surgical intervention to improve oral function. This report describes the case of a 27-year-old male with advanced OSMF managed successfully using a temporoparietal fascial flap for oral reconstruction
