Abstract

Organnizational Citizenship Behavior is defined as voluntary behavior that is indirectly recognized by the formal system, and as a whole encourages organizational functions effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace spirituality and leader member exchange (LMX) on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in Hajj Hospital, South Sulawesi Province and RSStella Maris.
