Abstract

A 25-year-old male, presented with facial trauma resulting in a Lefort III fracture accompanied by a lateral palatal split. Lefort III fractures are rare but severe midface injuries that require precise diagnosis and multidisciplinary management due to their complexity. This case highlights the clinical presentation, radiological findings, surgical management, and outcomes in addressing such fractures. This report also discusses associated challenges, including airway management and post operative care.
