Abstract

Beta-blockers are routinely used in cardiac surgery for their cardioprotective effects. Their
impact on anesthetic drug requirements, however, remains underexplored. This study aimed
to evaluate the effect of preoperative beta-blocker therapy on intraoperative anesthetic
consumption and perioperative stability.
