Background: Electrocardiography (ECG) remains a cornerstone of cardiovascular diagnostics, enabling early detection of arrhythmias, ischemia, and structural abnormalities. With cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) rising globally and in India, this study investigates the prevalence of electrocardiographic abnormalities—including arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation, supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, and QT prolongation—and their associations with key cardiovascular risk factors in a regional population.
