Background Effective postoperative analgesia is critical for patients undergoing elective arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction to facilitate early mobilization and rehabilitation. The popliteal plexus block (PPB) and adductor canal block (ACB) are widely used regional anesthesia techniques aimed at providing pain relief while preserving motor function. This study compares the efficacy of PPB and ACB in terms of postoperative analgesia, motor function preservation, and patient satisfaction.
