Abstract

INTRODUCTION: The study compares the efficacy of Bupivacaine plus Dexamethasone and Bupivacaine alone in ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block, highlighting their advantages over general anaesthesia. OBJECTIVES: The study aimed to compare sensory and motor blockade onset and duration between bupivacaine alone and bupivacaine plus dexamethasone, compare postoperative rescue analgesic requirements, and assess side effects.
