.Abstract
Background: Hemoptysis is a potentially life-threatening condition often requiring prompt and effective management to control bleeding and stabilize patients. Endovascular embolization has emerged as a minimally invasive and highly effective therapeutic option for managing hemoptysis, particularly in cases of bronchial artery or non-bronchial systemic artery involvement. This study presents a series of cases highlighting the clinical application, procedural techniques, and outcomes of endovascular embolization in managing moderate to severe hemoptysis.
