Background: Left main coronary artery (LMCA) stenosis is a critical condition with significant morbidity and mortality. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical and angiographic profiles of patients with LMCA stenosis, stratifying obstructive and non-obstructive disease patterns. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study analyzed 50 patients diagnosed with LMCA stenosis. Data on demographic variables, risk factors, clinical presentations, angiographic findings, and management strategies were collected and analyzed. Patients were categorized into obstructive (≥50% stenosis) and non-obstructive (<50% stenosis) groups.
