Distal femur fractures are prevalent due to the rise in road traffic accidents and falls from height associated with increased construction activities. These disabling fractures necessitate early stabilization. Internal fixation with locking compression plates (LCP) has demonstrated excellent outcomes regarding fracture union and recovery, as well as clinical results—the current study aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of distal femur fracture treatment using LCP.
