Introduction .Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are the second most common cause for prescribing antibiotics in primary and secondary healthcare. Gram-negative bacilli, the most common cause of UTIs, are rapidly developing multi-drug resistance (MDR) globally. This study aims to isolate and identify UTI pathogens and analyze their antibiotic susceptibility patterns in a tertiary care hospital.
