Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) with nasal polyposis (NP) is a prevalent health issue characterized by prolonged inflammation of the nasal and sinus mucosa. This condition is associated with symptoms that significantly impair patients' quality of life. Recent studies suggest a potential link between CRS, particularly with NP, and an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) due to systemic inflammation.
